A few questionings have been circling around, and we thought it would be best to answer all of your frequently asked q's in this section.

Some of the flowers seem really expensive. Why?

Yes. There is a HUGE difference between naturally DRIED flowers, and PRESERVED flowers.

The preserved floral range that we stock undergoes a treatment process allowing the blooms to LAST LONGER than naturally dried flowers - hence "everlasting flowers".


How do you care for preserved flowers?

We stock everlasting blooms undergoing an environmentally-friendly, patented treatment process so that they look and feel as fresh as the day they were picked!

No watering is needed, the blooms can stay perfectly preserved for up to 6 months or even longer.


"How do you ship the flowers, won't they get damaged?"

Because of the preserved treatment process, handling of the blooms are much easier than NATURALLY DRIED flowers.

We also take caution to pack the blooms with either bubble wrap, shredded paper pieces or styrofoam, ensuring that they arrive in perfect condition at your doorstep.


"Why does delivery take so long?"

We know, 10-14 days is longer than anyone would like to wait for their order. You want your blooms NOW! Here's why it takes a bit longer:



We are proud to support local! We source our range from DIFFERENT floral farmers, each working within their own lead times.

 We aim to open a wide variety of blooms and do not PERMANENTLY stock the entire range.

The preservation process also takes a few weeks.



Since each item is handmade to order, we have to wait patiently when an order is placed and see the magic happen in the makers' hands before we can ship your package!


"If I place an order, is it possible for me to choose the day I want the parcel to be delivered?"

Unfortunately not - we use a third party courier service and once we book with them, they handle the package from thereon forward. We do however send you the waybill number of the booking made as well as a link to the online tracking site so that you can track your order as it makes its way to your doorstep.


"Do you have a store which I can visit?"

Oh, how great would it be to have a space, filled with the most STUNNING floral blooms, boho decor and handmade fibre art! It sounds PERFECT!

For now, we only have the online store. But watch this space - who knows what will happen...


"Can I order flowers online to be delivered in time for my wedding?"

The short answer - Yes.   HOWEVER - delivery time does take a while, and we are NOT ALWAYS IN CONTROL of the third party courier service we use, delivery dates etc.

Our best advice is to contact us DIRECTLY to enquire about flower deliveries for weddings or special occasions.  e]


"Do you do flower arrangements for weddings & functions?"

We do have options available to choose from regarding floral arrangements, installations, bouquets etc.

"Do you offer wholesale discounts?"

Yes we do! We are more than happy to share our range. If you are interested in stocking our products, please send your query to to start the application process.  e]


"I see there is a pickup/collection option?"

We do have the option to collect your order, yes. We will send a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection.

Please remember that we are NOT A PHYSICAL STORE, and therefor we HAVE TO ARRANGE privately with you to collect your package.

We might be out for deliveries and are not open 24/7 to the public to collect at any time.
